Pasadena Yacht and Country Club Communities

Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Communities are situation on the north shore of Boca Ciega Bay in the southern end of Pinellas County adjacent to the towns of Pasadena and Gulfport. PYCC is a guarded community that includes the private PYCC 18-hole Champion Golf course and an 82 slip Yacht Club. The 18-hole golf course and the facilities have recently undergone a significant refurbishment. PYCC consists of a number of smaller developments that include: Pasadena Golf Club Estates, Kipps Colony Estates at PYCC, Pasadena Point Estates Phase I and II, Skimmer Point Phase I – IV, Bay Estates and Fairway Bay with values ranging from $500,000 to the millions.
