On the first Friday and third Saturday of every month, Beach Blvd comes alive with street performers, artists, and craftspeople creating a relaxed cultured atmosphere for Gulfport’s famous Art Walks. There are many popular dining options along Beach Blvd and Shore Blvd. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be enjoyed leisurely, followed by a walk down Shore Blvd to take in the scenic views of the Pinellas Bayway across Boca Ciega Bay.

Local residents enjoy Gulfport’s annual festivities including a Labor Day street fair called Gecko Fest, A Christmas lighted boat parade, and SpringFest highlighting local artists in March. Recreational activities are abundant with municipal parks and the Clam Bayou Nature Preserve.
