William “Bill” Breaden is a Realtor with Keller-Williams St. Pete Realty and has been with Eagan Luxury since its inception. Formerly a Certified Public Accountant, Bill is responsible for much of the financial analysis work that is a key factor in the marketing that differentiates Eagan Luxury Real Estate from our competition. With over 10 years of public accounting experience and over 35 years of financial expertise, Bill analyzes and breaks down Pinellas County real estate trends, as well as, trends taking place in specific neighborhoods where Eagan Luxury Real Estate is conducting business; all in an effort to help maximize the opportunity for our clients and to assist them through the appraisal process. Bill also assists with the financial trends in the marketing materials used by Eagan Luxury Real Estate to sell and locate properties for our clients. Bill leads our
International Real Estate practice assisting non-U.S. residents with purchasing or selling residential real estate in the Pinellas County market.
